Returns must be sent back within 30 days of the order date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return or exchange, please click here. You may choose to download a prepaid return label, or you may choose to use your own return label. Exchanges will not be processed and shipped until returned items are received. If you need your exchange item faster, you can request a refund and place an order for the new item. If your return request is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return through the website may experience a delay in processing.
Refund Process
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and we will let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember, it can also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Non-Returnable items
Certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, final sale status, or customization. Additionally, products that have been worn, washed, or used cannot be returned. Eligible return restrictions will be clearly indicated on the product page.
